I loved Kevin’s assessment of Charlotte as basically a father-obsessed master manipulator. He might have well said she was a borderline sociopath at this point. Even if Carly pulled out all the stops for her Halloween party at Kelly’s, I don’t know many kids who would choose a party over trick-or-treating.
